Nettle with Spearmint

Who would have thought nettle in a bar of soap could be so soothing? A painful reminder of Summer walks when I went off the beaten path … ouch frankly. The humble nettle is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, as well as being beneficial for those suffering rheumatism & arthritis. Nettle also allows for a beautiful green coloured bar. Scented with fresh smelling spearmint, it is certainly a “ooh how lovely” bar at our markets and is one of our most popular spa bars. This bar lathers particularly well too and is lovely for use on the face and body.
